How to use

Start on the lowest speed and let your pet hear the sound before you bring it close. Keep the nozzle moving and about 20 cm from the coat, working from the back toward the head. Never aim it at the face or ears.

Introduce the mist gently — some pets need a moment to adjust. Use only clean water or a mist specifically labelled pet-safe, and keep it away from your pet's eyes, ears, nose and mouth.

Don't use on wounds, hot spots or an area with a skin infection, and stop right away if your pet seems distressed. Always supervise use.

Rinse the mist reservoir regularly, especially if using anything besides plain water. Remove collected fur from the pins after each session and wipe the brush down with a damp cloth before it dries fully.
