Where we deliver: Presura ships worldwide.

Shipping cost: A flat $3.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days of dispatch. Occasionally a shipment can take longer — if yours does, we track it down with you. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check your order status at any time. If anything looks stuck, reply to your order email or message us on the site chat — we respond quickly.

Customs & import charges: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
